How long will it take to deliver my order?

The standard is 15 working days – if the delivery date is critical then add a note to your order.

Are the products I purchase guaranteed?

Yes, for construction and workmanship under normal use and care within 60 days of delivery. Which means, if you somehow rip a hole in your garment it isn’t covered, but if the problem is related to garment construction like a button pops or a zipper stops working or if threads break on a seam it is. If the latter happens then email [email protected] or call 250-474-0540 and we’ll repair or replace the garment as quickly as possible.

Can I change to a colour or style not listed in the catalogue or move the location of logos?

The selection of garments, colours and logo locations have been predetermined by Corporate Head Office and cannot be changed.

Can I make suggestions for apparel that would work better for me or my team?

Can I buy Corporate wear that I like for personal use?
